Study: 1 in 25 Business Leaders May Be Psychopaths

Psychopaths are individuals who are characteristically lacking moral judgement, narcissistic, and generally concerned about their own selfish pleasure at the expense of anyone around them. A psychopath’s greed and insatiable hunger for power often allow for jobs as corporate professionals. This is good for business, and bad for the folks who have to work for (or with) them. Paul Babiak, a psychologist and executive coach, just completed research of 203 business professionals and concluded in his Study: 1 in 25 Business Leaders May Be Psychopaths.
