Practice Makes Perfect

Do you strive to be perfect? Or want to be an expert in something but feel like you never will be? Well, as long as you deliberately practice for 10,000 hours (or 10 years) you will reach your goal. That is at least what Malcolm Gladwell expressed in his book Outliers, which examines the 10,000 hour rule at a deeper level.
