Germany ready to inseminate you, minister says

The German government wants to boost the country’s birthrate and is willing to help finance artificial insemination treatments for childless couples to get the job done. German women currently have only 1.4 children on average, which is one of the lowest rates in the world. Unless things change, statisticians expect that the German population will drop 21 percent to 65 million residents by 2060.
